BALL® accepts payment by Dankort/VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard and MobilePay. Payment will be deducted on selected payment method when your order leaves our warehouse.

BALL® uses an approved payment server, which encrypts all your card information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that your information is not visible and cannot be read.

When paying by credit card, you will be asked to provide the card holder's name, telephone number and address when an order is created.

All prices quoted for goods, delivery costs and other costs are inclusive of taxes, VAT and duties. Freight, postage and delivery costs may vary depending on the order. Total delivery costs will appear on a separate line in the shopping cart and on the billing page - and as part of the total amount.

All prices on the website are displayed in the currency applicable to your country. If you wish to change your country, you can use the 'country selector' at the top of the website. Your delivery address will determine what currency you are charged in. Please be aware that changing the delivery country may have an impact on the price and delivery costs.

In order to complete your order, you must accept that you have read and understood our terms and conditions.


We deliver to: Denmark, Sweden, Norway and additional countries in Europe. Delivery times vary depending on the country of delivery selected.

In Denmark, the delivery time is 1-3 business days.

  • Your items will be shipped with GLS.
  • A shipping and handling fee of DKK 49 is charged on orders under DKK 500.
  • If you spend more than DKK 500, you will receive free shipping with your purchase.
  • If your item is damaged or shipped incorrectly, BALL® will pay the return postage fees.
  • If you regret the purchase, the item may be returned - but you are responsible for paying the return postage fees.

In Norway, the delivery time is 1-5 business days.

  • Your items will be shipped with Post Nord.
  • A shipping and handling fee of DKK 191 is charged on all orders.
  • If your item is damaged or shipped incorrectly, BALL® will pay the return postage fees.
  • If you regret the purchase, the item may be returned - but you are responsible for paying the return postage fees.

At BALL® we strive to provide the best customer experience; therefore, we will process your order as soon as possible. For a start, your order will always be sent the same day as the order is placed, provided the order is placed before 18:00. You can, therefore, expect to receive your order within 1-3 business days from when the order was placed.

When your order is shipped from our warehouse, you will automatically receive an email with the package tracking number with which you can track the package. If you have any questions regarding your package, you are always welcome to contact customer service who can provide you with accurate information about your order. 


If you regret your purchase, got to page returns and follow the link, and then return the item in the same condition as you received it and within 14 days of receipt.

If you use your right of cancellation, we will refund the payment of your order to the same card you used for the order, within 10 business days after we receive the returned product - including the original shipping cost. However, only provided that the product is in original condition and has not been used. 

Please note that the return costs are covered by the buyer.

All items purchased on are covered by the Danish Sale of Goods Act, which gives the customer a 24-month warranty period. The warranty does not cover goods that are defective due to the damage caused by Improper washing, use or wear. Nor does the warranty cover the lack of maintenance or ordinary wear and tear. You should always follow the instructions on the product care label found on the side of each style.
